趴桌午睡,易患 7 种疾病

1) 心、脑血管慢性疾病
趴桌午睡时,颈椎和胸部严重弯曲,会压迫颈动脉、心、肺、胃肠等器官,增加心肺负担,导致头部缺氧,醒后头昏、眼花、耳鸣。如果长期这样,可能会诱发心、脑血管慢性疾病。
 
2)消化不良
午餐后,体内有较多的血液流向胃肠,来帮忙消化吸收,至少需一小时才能把胃部食物排空;若餐后随即桌上趴睡,因身体弯曲度增加,胃肠会受到压迫,增加蠕动负担,易造成胃肠胀气,引发慢性胃炎。
 
3)颈椎间盘突出
脸部向下枕臂的姿势,可使颈椎呈反屈状态,与正常生理弧度相反;侧向枕臂时,颈椎被迫旋转45°—90°,使颈部肌肉和韧带持续受到牵拉。因此,睡醒后有明显的“脖子僵硬”、“落枕”感觉。长此以往,肌肉、韧带会发生劳损,进而造成椎间盘退变、突出,出现一系列颈腰椎疾病。
 
4)近视、青光眼
趴睡时眼球受到压迫,使眼球涨大、眼轴增长,易损伤眼角膜、视网膜。眼球受压还可导致眼压升高,诱发青光眼。除了会影响视力,形成高度近视,还可增加青光眼的患病几率。
 
5)手臂神经麻痹
枕臂的姿势可压迫手臂桡神经,造成手臂神经麻痹,影响正常血液循环及神经传导,使大姆指、食指酸麻,导致肩痛、手臂酸痛等局部性神经麻痹。
 
6)脸部变形
趴桌午睡时,脸枕着手臂,使颜面神经受到压迫,引发神经麻痹或脸部变形,这可真是一不小心就“变丑”了!
 
7)感冒
人在睡熟之后,全身基础代谢减慢,体温调节功能亦随之下降,导致全身抵抗力降低。最近天气变凉,如果不注意保暖,醒来后,往往会出现鼻塞、头晕等症状。
