马铃薯焖鸡翅 Braised Chicken Wings with Potatoes

材料:
鸡翼 10隻
马铃薯(薯仔) 2个
薑片 2片
水 600ml
 
醃料:
盐 1茶匙
糖 半茶匙
鸡粉 半茶匙
生粉 半茶匙
酒 1茶匙
 
蚝油芡汁:
蚝油汁 2汤匙
糖 2茶匙
老抽 1茶匙
 
做法:
1. 鸡翼洗淨、抹乾水份,用醃料醃半小时;薯仔切件备用;
2. 热镬下1汤匙油爆香薑片,放入鸡翼(皮向底)先以中火略煎至两面金黄;
3. 加入薯仔及水一同以大火煮至滚(水要高过薯仔),加镬盖中火炆10-12分钟到水份收乾至七成;
4. 加入蚝油䇜汁拌匀,转大火把汁煮至合适的稠度即成(太稀可加生粉水)。
