梅菜焖猪肉 Braised Pork with Preserved Vegetable

材料:
1. 三层肉两条 (切很像烧肉装)
2. 甜梅菜两颗
3.咸梅菜两颗
4. 火蒜两大粒(普通蒜头也可以)
 
做法:
1. 水加2茶匙盐浸咸梅菜浸过夜。洗掉盐巴,榨干后洗水再榨干.
2. 甜梅菜稍微浸一会就好。 把咸甜梅菜都切细
3. 干锅炒三层肉至变色。
4. 把蒜瓣,梅菜,水加入(盖表面)
5. 加入适量的黑酱油焖一个小时左右至你要的软度即可

  1. First off I would like to say terrific blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask
    if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to
    writing. I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.
