5 种伤胃的早餐,医生:嘴再馋也要少吃!

1.茶叶蛋
鸡蛋有营养,作为早餐也合适不过,但把鸡蛋製作成茶叶蛋,或许大家爱吃,但其实做成茶叶蛋后其营养就已经损失,在製作过程中,时间越长,茶叶汤中的蛋白质、糖类等会成为细菌、霉菌繁殖的养料,当你买到茶叶蛋时,它的维生素大多已丧失,且影响消化吸收,对胃刺激较大,所以我们早餐尽量吃鸡蛋,而不是吃茶叶蛋。
 
2.辣面条
不少人喜欢麻辣食物,甚至早餐也贪吃辣麵条,感觉这样才刺激,还有提神作用。但是吃太辣的食物容易引发胃痛。早上胃是空的,辣的食物会严重损害胃粘膜,常令人胃部不适,而且胃胀气的情况明显,这样吃的人会经常放屁,因此尽量不把辛辣食物当作早餐。
 
3.油条
油条是非常传统的早餐食品,经济又好吃,刚出锅的油条搭配豆浆会很好吃。虽然油条是麵粉製作,无危害,但炸过之后已经没有什麽营养,反而成为高热量、高油脂的食物。所以,油条实际上是不健康的,作为早餐食用无法给我们提供营养,且油炸食物难消化,对胃有伤害。
 
4.速食麵
 
上班族朋友喜欢用速食麵作早餐,但作为不健康的食品之一,一包速食麵就含有不少添加剂,虽然吃起来美味,但其实速食麵很没营养,而且因为多种添加剂溷合,长期食用对肠胃有一定影响,孩子吃了还影响发育。
 
5.洋快餐
早上时间紧迫,许多人选择洋快餐作为早餐,如炸鸡、汉堡等,认为这些食物有营养。但你可知道,它们均属高脂肪、高热量食品,经常食用不但伤害肠胃,还会引起肥胖,肥胖是多种疾病(心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、癌症等)的温床。
