经常熬夜要喝这汤!安神补血汤!

 

中医讲“人卧血归肝”,深夜不睡易造成血管收缩异常,血压升高,甚至诱发心脑血管病。不妨试试 “安神补血汤”!!

详细做法请往下看;需要的食材;银耳10克、红枣30克、桂圆干10颗。

1、备好银耳,红枣和桂圆干,这小红枣很适合煲汤的,看似干巴巴的经过炖煮之后会变得颗粒饱满,而且不会软烂,甜味也相当的足,一般我加入了红枣就利用红枣的甜味,冰糖什么的都不需要加了。

2、把银耳用清水泡开后去掉黄色的部分,再用手搓的清洗方式把银耳彻底洗净后泡入清水里,桂圆去壳,红枣用流动水清洗干净。 ​​

3、把桂圆,红枣和银耳全部倒入电压锅里,包银耳汤我一直喜欢用高压锅压,这样最大的好处就是能减少炖煮的时间,而且银耳用明火炖煮的话最容易溢锅的。

4、通电后压25分钟,选用这个时间段煮的银耳软糯恰到好处。

5.等时间到排完气能开盖的时候,打开盖住,电压锅不会流失水分,喜欢浓稠一些的话,可以再煮几分钟就可以了,不要压了,就开盖煮,煮到自己喜欢的状态就断电出锅。
