香酥黄金鸡排 Golden Crispy Fried Chicken Chop

材料:
鸡胸肉 一块
面包糠 一小碗
淀粉 两汤匙
鸡蛋液 半个
盐 半小勺
胡椒粉 半小勺
蚝油 半汤匙
生抽 半汤匙
油 50g
 
做法:
1)鸡胸肉一块,反复冲水洗净。
2)片成薄片,我这一块儿鸡胸肉片出来有4片了。
3)用刀背交叉敲打。轻轻敲,别敲断了。
4)敲打后的鸡肉体积会明显变大。
5)把所有腌料放到碗里。
6)鸡肉放入,充分抓匀。
7)准备三个碗,分别放淀粉,鸡蛋液和面包糠。
8)按顺序把每片鸡肉均匀的沾淀粉,鸡蛋液。
9)面包糠可以多沾点,非常酥脆好吃。
10)锅里放油,油热开始煎鸡排。
11)中小火,煎至两面金黄酥脆即可。
12)成品,香酥可口。
