自制蒜蓉辣椒酱 Homemade Chilli Paste Recipe

材料:
小辣椒 500克
大蒜 50克
姜 50克
盐 50克
白糖 20克
白醋 10可
50度以上的白酒 10克
 
做法:
1)辣椒洗干净晾干水
2)晾干水的辣椒把辣椒蒂剥掉
3)蒜洗干净姜去皮晾干水备用
4)把姜蒜剁成蓉
5)辣椒切段
6)切好的辣椒用搅拌机打碎
7)打好的辣椒倒在干净大碗里
8)把蒜蓉姜蓉倒进辣椒里,盐 白糖 白醋 白酒一起放进去。
9)然后搅拌均匀,装到干净无水的瓶子里盖好盖子。室温放三天后再放进冰箱里保存,一周后可以食用。
