自制烧卖 Homemade Siu Mai

材料(可做20个烧卖):
猪肉碎 240g
中型虾子 240g
云吞皮 约20片
红萝卜 约1cm长
 
调味料:
盐 1 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 1/3茶匙
糖 1大匙
麻油 1大匙
玉蜀黍粉 1大匙
 
做法:
虾子去头去壳,挑出肠子洗净后,切碎备用。
猪肉碎和其他调味料混合一起剁碎,然后放入大碗中,和虾肉一起用筷子搅拌至起胶。
红萝卜切碎备用。
云吞皮切去四个角(约1cmx1cm),舀一大匙肉馅放在云吞皮中间,用拇指和食指把云吞皮的边缘包起来。
拇指和食指稍微挤压,让烧卖看起来有一点“腰身”,然后用匙子把隆起的肉馅抹平。
把烧卖放在盘子里,在每颗烧卖上面放一点萝卜碎做点缀。
烧开一锅水,放入烧卖蒸大约10分钟即可。
 
小贴士:
想要有一些爽脆的口感,可以在肉馅里混合切碎的沙葛。

    I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter
    and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
    There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
