蜜汁煎肉脯 Honey Grilled Chicken breast

材料:
鸡胸肉 1块
大蒜 3瓣
食盐 1小勺
黑胡椒碎 适量
蜂蜜 2勺
食用油 2勺
 
材料:
1)鸡胸肉去筋去皮以后从中间片开成两大厚片~ 然后用刀背拍斜十字花刀拍散
2)撒入食盐、黑胡椒碎~两边都按摩后腌制二十分钟
3)把蒜切成蒜末。。。原谅我的刀工~把蜂蜜和1勺食用油混合再加入大蒜
4)搅拌均匀就成了腌料~
5)然后把腌料均匀涂抹在鸡胸肉上盖上保鲜膜冷藏过夜2小时或过夜~
6)然后锅里放一勺食用油或是可以用剃下来的鸡皮煎出油。。然后放入腌好的鸡胸肉小火煎制~ 一面煎好了翻面煎然后用筷子能插透就熟了 想上色深的话就大火煎一两分钟就好~【这里煎鸡肉的时候会出水。。最后就可以把锅里剩下的蜂蜜啊蒜啊出的水啊大火熬稠~浇在鸡胸上就好啦】
