芒果班戟 mango pancake

材料:
240ml 牛奶
1个 鸡蛋
80g 低粉(过筛)
20g 糖粉
16g 融化奶油
1小滴 黄色素
 
馅料:
芒果(切条状)
150g 植物性鲜奶油(打发)
 
做法:
1)用搅拌器将鸡蛋及糖粉搅散,倒入牛奶,搅拌均匀。
2)将低粉倒入,混拌均匀。
3)把融化奶油加入,搅拌均匀,将面糊过筛,放入冰箱静置30分钟。
4)用小火烧热不沾平底锅,舀入两大匙的面糊,转动锅使面糊摊成圆形。
5)煎至面糊凝固,轻轻把面皮取下,冷却。(无需反面煎)
6)将班戟皮朝下铺好(没有煎的那面),放入适量的鲜奶油,排入芒果条,再铺上鲜奶油,包成四方形即可。
