【花生豆腐冰月饼】Peanut Tofu Mooncake

材料:
芒果 适量

【豆沙餡】
紅豆 2杯
水 5杯
糖 隨意
熟太白粉 1大匙

【花生豆腐】
花生 100G
水 500G
糖 隨意

【粉类】
太白粉 40G
在來米粉 30G
水 120G

做法:
1)红豆洗净,加水浸泡一晚。
2)倒入锅宝IH智能电子锅中铺平,调至五穀饭模式。
3)长按开始,至结束行程,与糖和太白粉混合压成豆沙。
4)芒果去皮切小块,用豆沙包好搓成适合模具的形状。
5)花生洗净滤乾水份,倒入锅宝全营养调理机中加糖和开水。
6)啟动开关按下养生豆浆模式,直至花生细緻或行程结束,完成花生浆。
7)粉类混和均匀,倒入花生浆搅拌均匀(不要停止搅拌)。
8)倒入容器中,移至电子锅放半杯水,用蒸煮功能完成花生豆腐取出。
9)手套抹油取适量压扁,包馅搓成圆形,填入月饼胚按压成型。
10)包保鲜膜冷藏2小时,或用硅胶模定型冷藏。
11)取出倒扣完成!
