补血养颜粥

材料:
红豆 1小碗
黑豆 1小碗
血糯米 1小碗
桂圆干 18颗
枣片 3包
红糖 4-5块
 
做法:
1)先来准备食材,清洗干净。红豆超级好吃,可以多放。黑豆不容易烂,可以泡一晚再煮。
2)放入东菱早餐机小锅中,加适量清水,放入红糖。水要多一点,跟煮稀饭一样
3)盖盖子烧开,烧开后转中火慢炖1小时左右。
4)不定期搅拌一下。
5)煮到变得浓稠。
6)豆子什么都软软糯糯的即可。
7)装碗开吃。
8)微微甜,暖暖的,好好吃!
