硬尾鱼釀辣椒 Sambal Stuffed Ikan Cencaru

材料A:
红辣椒10条
辣椒干10条
蒜头20g
红葱头200g
黄姜20g
Belachan 2茶匙

材料B:
疯柑叶5枚
糖和盐适量
食油6汤匙

做法:
1)搅烂1-6
2)用6汤匙的油爆香
3)加入糖和盐调味
4)最后拌入剪细了的疯柑叶5枚
5)煮好辣椒后塞如鱼里,之后煎香即可
