【麻油鸡汤】Sesame oil chicken soup

材料:
鸡腿  450g
香油  1汤勺
姜(带皮切厚片) 28g
冰糖  6g
水 350ml
台湾米酒  250ml
盐 适量(可省)
葱 半根

做法:
1)锅加热,直到它开始微微冒烟,把火调到中火,等几秒鐘,加入香油和薑片,炒2分钟
2)鸡腿洗凈,纸巾擦乾。火开大,放入鸡腿,炒至表面成金黄色后,转中火,再加入米酒、冰糖和水
3)煮沸后,加盖燉30分鐘,火候此时应保持汤冒泡的状态,不要使其沸腾的,卷卷家差不多是中火的样子
4)出锅前调入盐和葱花即可,因为考虑月子期间清淡一点,排除身体多餘水分,这裡不建议添加盐哦!
