薑葱炸鸡块 Stewed Chicken with Ginger and Shallot

材料:
全鸡腿肉:2 只(切块)
薑片:20g
洋葱头:1 粒(切块)
青葱:1 束(切段)
木薯粉:适量
 
醃製材料:
盐:1/2 tsp
胡椒粉:1/4 tsp
 
调味料:
蚝油:1 tbsp
糖:1/2 tbsp
黑酱油:1/2 tbsp
绍兴酒:1/2 tbsp
清水:100mL
*搅拌均匀,待用。
 
打芡:
木薯粉 + 清水
 
做法:
1)将鸡块醃製约20分钟。沾上木薯粉,烧热油,炸至金黄色,沥乾油,待用。
2)烧少许油,爆香薑片和洋葱头。
3)倒入调味料煮滚,打芡。
4)加入鸡块和青葱翻炒均匀即可。
