糖醋鸡胸肉 Sweet and Sour Chicken Breast

 
酸甜可口的糖醋鸡胸肉,外酥里嫩,💓开胃又下饭,好吃到舔盘!!
 
材料:
鸡胸肉500g
鸡蛋1个
白胡椒粉少量
糖1勺
白醋少许
淀粉适量
🍅 番茄酱适量
熟白芝麻适量
葱少许
料酒1勺
盐1勺
水淀粉1小碗
 
做法:
1)鸡肉切成条状,加1勺料酒、半勺盐、少许白胡椒粉和1个鸡蛋,抓匀[钟]腌制20分钟。
2)腌制好的里脊肉裹上适量淀粉,[微风]并拍去多余淀粉。零失败的秘诀就在于直接裏干粉,可以让吃起来外酥里嫩
3)起锅烧油至六成热,放入肉肉中火炸熟捞出,待油就成热复炸一次,(*¯︶¯*)炸至金黄捞出控油备用!
4)锅中留少许油,放入适量的番茄酱中火炒匀加少许白醋、一勺糖、半勺盐、少许水、一小碗水淀粉转大火勾芡收汁!(///▽///)倒入鸡胸肉翻炒均匀出锅撒上芝麻和葱丝即可!
