三杯鸡腿 Three Cup Chicken

材料:
鸡腿根12个
姜葱块适量
小葱一把
冰糖、生抽、料酒各适量
蚝油1勺
油、盐少许
 
做法:
1)把鸡腿根先提前解冻,分别在肉厚的部分划上两刀以便更容易入味。
2)鸡腿根放入冷水锅中汆烫煮1分钟,去掉血水后,捞出冲洗沥干。
3)准备姜蒜块和小葱。
4)小焖锅小火加热,倒入少许底油,把姜蒜块和葱白段放入锅中,小火炝出葱姜味儿。
5)准备适量黄冰糖,生抽3勺,料酒小半碗。
6)汆烫过的鸡腿根倒入锅中,小火煸至鸡皮微微焦黄。
7)把料酒、冰糖、生抽全部倒入焖锅中,中火加热后盖上盖子小火焖5-6分钟。
8)收汁,加少许盐调味,撒上葱叶即可。
